So Yesterday someone from a 3rd party company called me and say i won a prize because of some phone survey i took a month ago which i really took for the fun of taking it .
This person called Sharon calling from 65365886 and this is how the conversation goes
Sharon : Hi (my name) my name is sharon calling on behalf of DHA travel , they are a 10 years old travel company who is promoting awarness and because you took up a phone survey a month ago and today we have pick u as one of the few winners to collect the prize . Do you remember the survey?
Me: No
Sharon: its ok , this survey is conducting on have you travel by SIA before , Do you have a credit card of diner cards kind of question . Do you remember it now ?
Me: No
At this point something breaks in my mind and urge me to sit up from my bed and turns toward my computer
Me: Ohh yes yes that survey
Sharon: Yes you remember, Well as i say you have been selected to win 4 prize from DHA
1- A $1000 shopping voucher for you
2- A buy 1 get one free cruise
3- A 8 days 7 night free trip to thailand
4- Free travel hotel accomodation
But sir can you come at tomorrow to collect the prize i will give you the address
At this time i was in the mood to have some fun due to some incident which happens before this call came
Me : WAH !! so good okok what time what place
Sharon : ok sir so you can come down tommorow ?
Me: Yes what time what place
Sharon : ok sir once you comfirm you must come down ok ? so i tell you the place ?
Me: YEs yes tell me
Sharon : ok the place is at the rolex building which is beside luckly plaza and infornt takashimaya
at 18-02
At this point ... i was thinking ... eh so familar place ... 1 word pop up from my mind "Kwansia"
to explain.. Kwansia is the official distributor of "Hugo Boss" in singapore and is one of my company client and they are located at tong building which is beside luckly plaza and infront of takashimaya
there is this friend of mine working there and had told me before of some company who works at ard 6:30 to very late night at this building
now for more fun
Me : ok i will be there

Round here i was so piss off ( i dont have a temper of letting people cutting off what i want to say
so what did i do ?
open up my Mozilla firefox --> Home ( google) -->type 65365886 --> enter.
at this time she had say the same thing a few more times without me saying anything .. it was like an answering machince without the *beep sound

Enough to prove my sudden instinct

Me : Hello listen you told me more than 4 times already
Sharon : okok so you comfirm going , as i quite new here i will pass the phone to my supervisor
Me: ok
3 things happen at this time
1- I was thinking "WTF do you nid you supervisor to talk to me for ?
2- In the background sharon was shouting " MR LIM AGREE TO GO DOWN TOMOR"
3- Something like a on hold machine was hear without the music part it was like "Blank no sound"
I forgot the name of the manager by now but basically she was repeating the same whole thing
also saying i need to go down to the Rolex buliding ( Tong building) attend a talk which was 90 min than i can get my free gift
than some complaint from my side trying to sound convincing i will go with complaint like
1- wa good gift i want to go but it very late leh can make it early?
2- you sure i dont need to buy things right?
3- you sure hor?
From here on she ensure me that they are not some timeshare company or telemarketing company
(Bingo .. caught the rat on their tail, if you dont know.. why think of the chinese saying "theif call thief to catch theif") i never even sya they are a timeshare sompany or telemarketing company
so i ensure that i will go at 6:45 pm at rolex building (Tong Building)
The fun part began
why ?
some side notes
1- I have been going down Tong building everyday for work
2- i have friends working in tong building
3-Discovery VIII ( read the links ) is located at Tong building
at this point of typing they call me again (6:55Pm)
at round afternoon i was at Tong building.. asked my friend to bring me up to 18 floor and volila .. the place is not even call DHA of something .. no signboard even
i was at Tong building till 4:00Pm while working i narrated the senerio to my friend and agree to walk up again much later... we have a plan..that is to lure out sharon and see what os the outcome if i dont attend...
so after work at 4:30 i call them and say can i still go if i am not wearing formal ?
they say yes
at 5:00pm the manager call again comfirming that i was going as sharon is already down there waiting for me
they have eaten the bait ... so i confirm i will go ... and hang up
at 6:00 i called them again saying
Me : can i speak to sharon please ?
operator: may i know who is this and what is it about ?
Me : Hi my name is (my name) i am looking for sharon regarding the appointment today
Operator : oh she is not in right now , she is at the rolex building preparing the documentation for you
Me: Hi i just call to say i have something busy on right now and is unable to attend
Operator: HUH!! OH NO BUT SIR BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH(gift details and still empasis on how poor sharon will be at the rolex building without me attending
Operator: Sir leave your phone number down i will ask sharon to contact you
Me: She have my number ( Cut off)
less than 2 min sharon call
Sharon : (my name) why you not coming i already at rolex building waiting for you all your gift prepare for you, if you dont come the company i which hire us will think we didnt do our job
Me: and if i go over my boss will say i didnt do my job
Sharon :... let me call you back in a few min time
as i look in thru the elevator door.. i saw a very very very very panic lady (read: auntie) hovering on to her phone and putting down her phone at the same time and also was talking back as the same time as "Sharon was talking"
Ohh so she is sharon.. saw her kena scold , kept crying, kept apologising and alot of documentaion drop onto the floor with some paper reading ( the lift was near the door, my friend have a very good eyesight, its floated to my leg) agreement for signing of contract for vacation tour and some line read $2000 deposit every yearly $400. ya right .. some nice offer for 4 god damn great deals ...
I kick the paper away and goes back down the lift ..
God damn Telemarketing/timeshare company .. out to cheat people off their own hard earn blood money
But guess this time they really suay to meet me .. why ?
1- I have been working at Tong buliding everyday .. so i know the place quite well
2- They call a phone number which only two person knows ( me and my wife)
3- I know how to play with google
4- They meet with a very very moody time of my ( 4D yesterday 1st prize 2332 .. i brought 2323)...
5- i am in a very evil mood because of the 4 reason above
Damn these Telemarketing/timeshare company ... they are no better from beggers ....... wait ... beggers are whole lot better than them
i already very good like no walk right up and scold vulgar words at her .... wait ..... i am evil to play with her till like that ... hmmm ... im not evil right? ........

forget it.... I AM EVIL .. PURE EVIL WAHAHAHAHAHA !!!
